May 2011. The OPA and over 20 Local Distribution Companies in Ontario are in the process of launching a very aggressive incentive program to assist commercial and residential energy users to obtain and install new energy efficient equipment. Ecopower's expertise in LED Lighting Project Development has resulted in significant incentives being paid to our clients to assist them in installing LED Lighting solutions that save 60-90% on their lighting energy.

Ecopower is an authorized Account Representative of the SaveOnEnergy Program and can provide complete processing of applications for clients in Ontario. To assist our clients we have provided the following process and links to help you:

Log into www.saveonenergy.ca and complete the following:
1.    Click on “For Business” then the Retrofit Program then Get Started, Create your web profile.
2.    Log out, then back in again
3.    Click “Get Started”
4.    Read authorization page and select “Yes” to assigning an Applicant Representative (AR) = this is the page you should be on:                         https://www.saveonenergy.ca/Business/Program-Overviews/Retrofit-for-Commercial/Application.aspx, 
5.    Read and Accept Terms and Conditions
6.    Complete contact info page
7.    Enter my email address brianwebber@ecopower.net as the email of the person you would like to assign as your AR
8.    Confirm whether the system has found the correct AR, and click YES
9.    Review the AR’s contact details and click NeXT
10.    Review the AR confirmation page, and click “SAVE and RETURN at a later date”
11.    An email will be sent to me letting me know you have completed the process, I will go in and do the application
12.    I will send you a notification when the application is complete
13.    You will view “status change” on Login Homepage, status will read “Sent to participant – pending approval”
14.    You will click on “View” to see project application details
15.    Once you confirm that all areas are sufficient, you will click “Submit” to send the application to LDC for Pre-Approval
16.    Note Status will change to read “Sent to LDC  - Pending Approval”
17.    I will send an email to London Hydro letting them know there is a new application awaiting their review
18.    Once the project has been completed, I will upload all the payment docs, and submit to the LDC for payment
19.    LDC will notify you via email of the release of the incentive cheque
20.    LDC will mail the cheque or I will bring it to you
